Ninjatoes hand-drawn papercraft Star Wars TIE-fighter, May the Fourth be with you!

Today, May 5th, is "Revenge of the Fifth"-day, after the unofficial "Star Wars Day" yesterday.

Why exactly did fans choose May 4th and not another date as Star Wars Day, you ask? Simply because "May the fourth" sounds like the beginning of the famous phrase "May the Force be with you"! ;o)

I'm a big sci-fi fan too, including Star Wars of course, and some of the first "modern" papercraft models that I made from papercraft websites were from Star Wars. But for some reason, I didn't make my own papercraft Star Wars until the year Disney bought the rights to the Star Wars franchise (I'm sure that was just a coincidence, though. ;o)
