I'm afraid Masahiko's paper models don't come with instructions, so it's a bit of trial and error to recreate the proper shapes by studying the 2D unfolded parts and the finished pictures.
To get the parts, click the link and on the new page, click the blue "展開図" links next to the paperclip icons. This will open a new page with a PDF file that you can print directly or save to your computer.
